Roundneck Industries is totally 100% web based business and we don't have any showroom for this moment. If you to request for t-shirt sample, kindly email us for further notice. We mostly send/deliver/ship our items by post or by hand (in selected areas only). For reducing your cost, we suggest you to pick up at nearest point available by us. All designs and products are all rights reserved.

I WANT A FREE SAMPLE, HOW TO GET ONE:
NOTE : We cant provide FREE SAMPLE for all our customers. For tshirt sample REQUEST, all u can do is purchase one for yourself and we will post it to your house. The price is same, rm8.50 for medium grade and rm10 for high grade. Postage will be only RM3 (registered postage). Email us, we will let u know our account number, bank in the money and we will post it. THANKS \(^,^)/

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER:
Email first, and we will let u know our bank account number. You just bank in the money and we will take care of the rest. For international order, you can pay to our paypal account. You can use your credit card for it :)

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER:
It depends on condition. You can add items/order, but cannot change once it's already printed. We will let u know. Suggested not to.
